It is probably going to be costing them a fair bit of money to be making and holding this gambling fair in paris but if you do have to purchase currency for use at the gambling fair with real cash then i am sure that they will very easily make back the money that they spent on organizing it and holding it and then make a nice hefty profit on top of it all. No matter what they have to do to get there you know that people will turn up for it, it is a first for paris which makes it even more special than if it were to be the third or so one that has been held, people seem to really like going to something when it is the first event of that kind to be held there. Think of it like the old world expos that used to be held, whilst some people travelled to the other country that was hosting the expo to go to it many more just stayed in their own country and didn’t go, but at the very first world expo the crowds were huge and there were people from all over the world that went to it because it was a huge event and the first of its kind.
