I never knew that players were able to use this kind of thing to their own advantage, all sounds a little bit fishy to me but it is good to see that this big software company is doing something about it. Know that I actually know this stuff about data mining I can easily say that I would much more prefer to play at a microgaming site that has restrictions on date mining rather than playing on a site that does not have regulations or restrictions on it, I would feel much more confident and safer playing for my real hard earned cash on a microgaming site rather than another one because of this.

It is always good to see that there are still good companies out there who are not just all about the money. There are plenty of companies these days who started off because of the love of poker that the bosses of the company all shared, but then these people forgot that this was the reason for them starting the company, the joy they get out of the game, and instead their focus became solely to lay on the financial side of things, and from there it went downhill for them until alot of them no longer cared about the game or their players and clients, just cared about the money involved in it all and i think that it is a really sad situation. The poker pros are a good example of people who really do love the game and have not lost site of it, they play for money and lots of it sure, but they also play for charity and donate a heap of their winnings to charity, most poker companies out there wouldn’t go off doing stuff like that or helping their clients which is why this action by microgaming helps to increase the reputation of every gambling site out there that is on their network and uses their software.

Yes there are a whole lot of companies out there who let their greed get the better of them and cloud their love of the actual game itself. I am cautious when it comes to what sites i gamble on already as it is and now i will be even more so cautious as i will be ensuring that i only play on sites that are on the microgaming network and use the microgaming software, I don’t really think that there are too many sites out there that cheat people out, i think too many people just have unrealistic views on their poker skills and stuff like that, i think that some people lose because they are not as good at the game as they though they were and some lose because there are a few not too good sites out there, Surely this move by microgaming though will get more people to play on sites that boast their software. I know i would rather play on their sites than ones that aren’t using them, i would feel less likely to be getting a raw deal that way.

Never before did I think that I would find a site, let alone a whole company with a series of gambling networks online, that would be striving in order to make the online gambling experiences of their clients a more fair one, these guys really are making their mark in the industry in that aspect and deserve all the applause they get because they really are setting themselves apart from all of the others. Good to see a company that has the best interest of the players in mind as well as the poker or gambling site instead of just the gambling site.

I would have to agree with you on that one. It is not normal to see a big company like this in this particular industry doing things in order to make improvements on not only the quality of game play but also the fairness of it, it is certainly a new day for the world of online poker I think and microgaming networks and software are definitely the ones that are leading the way to this new world. Good on them, good to see someone finally doing something about it for once. I think it is about time we saw companies working for us and not against us, we hear all too often in the news of people claiming to be getting ripped off by online gambling companies, it is refreshing to hear of people praising one for the steps they are taking to help reduce it and improve the games.

Yeah it is abit of a worry when you think about it. But look at all of the scams that go on in the internet, with social networking sites and email addresses and then the just all over scams and it is not a surprise that people are able to manipulate these things in order to use them for their own gains. I myself do detest such actions and i think it is not only a horrible dishonest thing to do but i also think that is dishonors the game, i think that anyone who really does enjoy playing poker online would and should never do such a thing to the sites that provide us with the opportunity to play the game that we like to play. It is nice to know however that their actions are not going by unnoticed and Microgaming is one software company that has shown that they will not stand for it, they are doing something about it, which is much more than what can be said for many others.

This is yet another great step towards safer, fairer and better gameplay for those of us who are online poker players. Whilst i can not say so for those online gambling sites that do not use microgaming software, i can say that when it comes to those sites that do it will be a much better time for us to play on these sites, they are obviously showing us that they are committed to providing us with a fair online gaming environment, i'd much prefer to play at one of these sites instead of a site that is not assosciated with microgaming software.
