It was an interesting way for the journalism industry to report on politics. We are used to the political articles that are full of facts on laws and the troubles facing the country and the serious issues that are going on in that time, all the things that are big news are in these political articles, they are boring to me, but this was a twist on the usual politics article and it was refreshing to be able to read an article about the president of the United States of America and enjoy what i was reading, even possibly relate to what i was reading. Where i would not usually pickup a magazine or paper to read an article about the president or any political topics at all for that matter, i found myself picking up this one to read this article because it did grab my attention and peak my interest in it. I don’t think there was as much poker in there and the poker that was in there wasn’t the kind that we thought it would be but it was still a very well written article.

They should not assume that the president conducts the business of the whole country in the same manner that he conducts his actions in a poker game. They are two severely different things all together and i for one would like to think that our president takes the situations of our country much more seriously than he takes a poker game otherwise i think that we are looking as though we will find ourselves and our country in quite a bit of trouble, not saying his poker game is bad or anything like that, just saying that anyone who thinks that the running of the country is not more important than playing a game is someone that should have us worried. I think that he is doing a great job, especially with all of the economic troubles that we are currently experiencing. I am sure that he will be able to keep up the good work, he has already had to face his first act of terrorism and thank god it was a failed attempt. Let’s hope that he can get us through this.

I also agree with you there, he is doing a wonderful job so far, he has proven himself to be very competent no matter what the situation is that he is faced with. As for the economic situation you have to know that it didn’t happen because of Obama, it was like that before he came to office, it just didn’t hit rock bottom until then and by the time he was in charge and got to see the situation that the county and the companies in the country were in financially it was too late for him to do anything at all about it, he was just handed the job at the worst time for the economy, the old government spent years upon years screwing up the finances and then they just walk off when they lose the election and leave the new guy to clean up all of the mess that they have made out of the finances of the country. Not a nice thing to do but that’s politics for you.

There have been a few people blaming our current president for the finances and he is being wrongly blamed because it is not his fault at all, he’s just the one left with fixing it all up again but i am sure that he will be able to do it. The article on him did tell us a fair bit of stuff about him that most of us didn’t know, it is good to see that the president likes to play a few hands of poker every now and then. This helps us to see that if there are any poker or gambling related laws or acts that are in government at the time that the president will take them into consideration properly, he won’t just turn them down because he is against gambling or poker, this way we know that if he does turn them down there will be good reason for it since poker is something that he does enjoy playing. It actually makes me take his decisions and his words more seriously than i probably would if he was an anti-gambling person.
