dkj123- 2 world championship of online poker titles gained in under two weeks? And at just 20 years of age? That really is impressive. Whilst other college guys are off being stupid guzzling away the beer and spirits and leering at the girls and hanging out at parties and what not this guy is sitting at home or in his college dorm on his computer playing online poker and making a whole lot of money that he can live on once he gets out of college and he will have a college education as well, sounds like he will be set for life so long as he handles his money properly but considering he has got those titles and won his online poker i'd have to assume that he already is quite responsible with money.

I think that most things in poker are unexpected, i mean look at the game itself, you can't just rely on anything particular coming up in the flop or anything like that, you really do need to just sit back and watch what happens and i think that goes for the whole poker industry and the poker world itself, i guess the saying expect the unexpected really does speak volumes when it comes to poker because you just never know, and yes that college guy did an awesome job, i wonder if it got him a girlfriend if he didn't already have one? And if he already had one i bet she will never again complain that he spends too much time playing online poker

2009 has been such a great year for poker and the general gambling industry despite the chaos that the UIGEA has seemed to cause. With a whole heap of great things to be looking forward to in the poker world for 2010 it is becoming more and more apparent that poker is gaining in popularity immensly and that finally it is getting the approvals and recognition that it deserves. There are some great new players coming out of the woodworks lately and it will be interesting to see what they can do when it comes to the WSOP.

That teaches one heck of an important lesson to those who spend their spare time at college either having parties and what ever, running a muck and playing world of warcraft and other computer games, instead invest your spare time when your bored in playing online poker instead, not only is it entertaining but if you play it enough and get your skill levels up, you have the potential to, over time, make quite a nice sum of money and even a whole heap of cash if you get really good like that young college student did this year, that is one great accomplishment, to not only be studying at college but to win that much money and that status for being the championship, get more out of that than any college party.

There were many things that happened over the span of this last twelve months in the poker world that will be talking points for quite a long time yet i think. The year has given us many great things and as this story speaks of, many revelations which were definately unexpected. This year has been so successful for poker, both offline and online, that it just goes to show us what we can be looking forward to next year, not only do i predict next year to be just as amazing as this year has been but i also predict it to be even better with much more action going on in the poker world and many more unexpected revelations to come.

Joe cada has had one hell of a year when it comes to his poker career. He has played so well and made a whole heap of cash to go along with it. He lives a great life no doubt, playing something that you enjoy, being good at playing something you enjoy, and it gets even better than that, getting paid to play something that you enjoy and are good at playing. He has made a name for himself through his hard work and his skills in the game which has ultimately made him rich. Will be great to see what he brings to the tables in the not so distant 2010.

2009 was nothing short of an extraordinary year for poker all over the world both online and offline. There were so many things that happened that we did not see coming as well as there being so many wonderful outcomes when it comes to online and on land tournaments. There were many poker players of the year who walked away millions of dollars richer and with titles to be very proud of. There is much to look forward to when it comes to 2010 and it will be a great year even though it seems that 2009 will be a hard one to beat. It has been a great year with events and results that will not be forgotten any time soon in the memories of those of us who love the game.

the year was an interesting one with many events that we didn't see coming at all. The handing over of the youngest world series of poker champion to Cada was just one of such things. It is good to see that online poker is finally getting the recognition and exposure that it has been deserving of all along, finally people are starting to see that online poker is just as serious as in the casinos and that there certainly is plenty of money to be won by playing online poker which will hopefully get more people to join us in our online games. With 2009 having had been such a great year for us in poker i am eager to see what 2010 has in store for us, will be a good one that is a definate since 2009 itself is pretty hard to beat.

2009 definately was a year that was full of plenty more twists and turns than i had expected it to be. Every year in poker is a great one that is for sure but 2009 was just jam packed with stuff that i did not even anticipate in the slightest. Every single year there are new and unique kinds of tournaments and activities and events that are being introduced on the poker calander and every one of those events comes out with some kind of unexpected result and shocks us all. I am ridiculously excited about this year and how the poker will be for 2010 because last year was so great that i think it will be a hard act for this year to follow, don’t know if it can fill the shoes of 2009 but here’s hoping.

It was a wicked year for anyone who follows and enjoys poker because there was so much going on in poker all year round there was no way in hell that you could be bored and not be able to find some kind of tournament or other poker event to either watch or go participate in. It was a good year for those who play poker too because look at what these people have managed to achieve in the space of twelve months, they have done well, especially the younger players, setting themselves up for life whilst they are young and doing it whilst playing something that they like to do so that is even better. I think they are great.
